Airport Locations And Journey Times
We can arrange your airport transfer for Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci – FCO) and Ciampino (CIA).
It usually takes no longer than 60 minutes from Fiumicino Airport; Ciampino Airport generally takes less than 45 minutes. These times are only a guide, and depend upon traffic levels and your exact destination.
Charges
Rome Airport Transfer costs vary depending on number of people you are. On the booking form you will be asked to choose a service option – each service option is priced per car and you can see that price in the list.
Consider 9 Euro of additional charge for flights with arrival between 2230-0600 (for night service).
This varies from airport to airport, 50.00 Euros for a Rome Licensed Taxi, 60.00 Euro for a Fiumicino Licensed Taxi. For Ciampino expect to pay 30/40 Euros for up to four passengers between Ciampino Airport and destinations in Rome city centre; if your destination is outside the city walls then the journey is metered.
No, you are not obliged in any way to use our service for both parts of your journey. This is entirely your choice, you may leave the departure form blank if you wish. Note: all other parts of form are required.
Payment
Your airport transfer must be paid in cash (Euro) directly to the driver when you reach your destination, 10% of extra will be charged for credit card payment.
Unfortunately not, drivers are only able to accept Euros.
This is your choice and you are not obliged to do so.
Vehicle Size
Car transfer options are priced according to the number of passengers. A limousine is used for 1-4 passengers. If there are more than 4 passengers then we would recommend a minivan vehicle which can carry 5 people, a van can carry 8 people. If you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases, for example, please select a minivan.

The price options take into account the number of passengers and a reasonable amount of luggage – please see question above. If you feel that you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please select a larger vehicle. For example, if you are 4 passengers with 4 suitecases please select a minivan.
Yes of course, you can book any combination and any amount of cars or shuttles.
Covid-19 Sanitization
Drivers of taxis, shuttles and limousines must comply with the legal obligation that provides for the sanitation of their car after each race and that of wearing masks and gloves while driving.
At each ride the driver of the taxi, shuttle or limousine must personally clean and sanitize the rear seats where the passengers access, in particular the external and internal handles and the most exposed points.
